Baby Its Cold Outside| The J Family | Puyallup Family Urban Portraits

Collage1 CR
When the family is this cute, what can you say??

The day was perfect! We woke up to a slight overcast and a little chill in the air. No problem, this is early December! There are plenty of ways to keep warm and still take great pictures.

Like running for your coat between every pose!

Actually, once I stepped out of my house it began to rain. A heavy drizzle, as we call it here on the west coast. :) I knew there were plenty of covered places, but I packed my rain gear anyway. There were raindrops in this photo that had to be cloned out...

We started at Forza and then went out to enjoy the downtown Puyallup sights. Okay, well, some of the sights. We hit the Liberty Theater...

The rain turned into nothing after a little bit! Whew, that was a close one!
Merry Christmas to the J Family!

Growing Up| The U Family| Spokane Family Portraits

I'll admit that I'm biased...  This is my favorite family to take pictures of!!

But when they're this cute, can you blame me???  They are not only a great family with looks that are easy on the eyes and camera, they are fantastic location scouts.
They found all the locations used this sunny Sunday afternoon.  We started at Maryhill Center in Spokane, WA.  It is frequently used for senior portraits and I couldn't resist the chance to do one with my nephews....

From there they took me to a great loading dock in downtown Spokane.  This family loves to skateboard, specifically longboard, together.  Naturally they already had several boards in the van and we pulled a few out to play on...

Doesn't it look like fun???

If they look a little familiar, they should.

D & R are the couple featured in my blog header up there from last year's Trash the Dress session.  Really, they're such a cute couple I can't stand it and wish I could work with them all the time.  Too bad we live 300 miles apart!

My nephews were a little smiled-out at this point.   Luckily I keep some secrets up my sleeve....

Have a great summer guys!  I'm so glad we got a chance to do this!
