Aly and Zach | Part 2 | Tacoma Wedding Photography

Welcome to the continuation of Aly and Zach's wedding day!  Lovely Tacoma weather was moody, alternating from sunshine to overcast skies, threatening to rain but never when we needed to be outside.  We began the family portraits at Parkland Lutheran church and it is just gorgeous!  They have a beautiful sanctuary.  Aly and Zach chose to keep the simplicity of the church and add their personal touches.

Congratulations Zach and Aly!

After the signing of the marriage certificate, the bride and groom zipped off to their fun and personal reception at the Star Center.

The wedding cake was actually made of cereal treats.   The bride and groom (see next photo) had quite the time getting the knife through!  The groom's cake was a great surprise for him.

The toasts were given and many tears were shed.  The father of the bride made everyone laugh and cry.  The maid of honor made everyone feel like a friend of the bride.  And the groomsman had the room laughing.

After dinner the dancing began with the bride and groom's first dance.
And they welcomed others to join them.

The Father of the Bride gets a moment with his girl.

The Mother of the Groom also gets a moment with her son.

And the party really got started...

Quick, let's reign it back in with something expected!
Ah yes, the toss of the bridal bouquet....

And the garter toss...

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. M!
